Aultmore, which translates to ‘big stream’ is part of the Bacardi port-folio. Their usual creamy, fragrant style was kept under wraps for many years when it was only used to produce spirit for blending. Now with its own official bottling and releases we can understand why it is such a highly regarded distillery.
