There is almost no information about this distillery, all we can tell you is it’s the second distillery to open in Edinburgh in recent times. The operation was delayed by a year due to remnants of and old distillery dating back to the 1700’s was found as well as evidence of Bonnington House, a mansion dating back to the 11th century.
