Much like BrewDogs approach to beer, the distillery has been built to be experimental and break boundaries. The stills have been designed to produce not only whisky, but gin, vodka, rum and brandy. BrewDog, formerly know as Lonewolf is not too bothered about keeping to the SWA rules and will be able to produce spirits made from wheat, rye and maize as well as barley.
