Dailuaine is only found as a single malt in Diageo’s Flora and Fauna range as a 16 year old matured in ex sherry casks. Its main use is a powerhouse for one of Diageo’s many blends. Due to long fermentation and rapid distillation the spirit is generally a heavy and meaty style.
