Dalmore Distillery

Dalmore is the pride and joy of the Whyte and Mackay port folio, in 2019 it was the 6th biggest selling single malt in Scotland. On their bottle they proudly show the 12 pronged royal stag which originated from a hunting trip in 1263 where a clan chief saved King Alexander III from a charging stag. The descendants of the clan chief went on to own Dalmore distillery in the 1800’s and has resulted in the stag being the official emblem of Dalmore.
