Dalmunach lies on the grounds of the old Imperial Distillery which was demolished in 2013. It was named after the near by pool in the river Spey. It has the capacity to produce 10m litres a year making it one of Scotland’s largest producers. The building was designed to emulate a sheaf of barley, a key ingredient in single malt production.
