Deanston was the first hydroelectric self sufficient distillery in Scotland, with all power coming from the river Teith running alongside. The building was originally an enormous cotton mill, but was converted into a distillery in 1965. Now part of Burn Stewart’s impressive portfolio, Deanston is un-chillfiltered and natural colour.
