Glenkinchie used to be known as the Edinburgh malt before the likes of Holyrood and Port of Leith began. Its close proximity to the city makes it an ideal distillery to visit on a day trip. They have recently upgraded their visitor centre and built beautiful gardens surrounding the entrance.
