Oban is one of Diageo’s smaller distilleries in comparison to their many ‘factories’. Despite its size Oban has become one of Diageo’s biggest selling single malts with big fan bases in the UK and America. It is also part of Diageo’s classic 6 malts, representing the western Highlands. The name itself means ‘Little Bay’ which is also the name of their core expression.
