Diageo has put a lot of effort into its Skye gem over the past 15 years. Talisker is now one of the most visited distilleries in Scotland and boasts a very impressive visitor centre. The unusually shaped line arm off the stills gives Talisker a distinctive peppery character which is very prominent in every expression.
