The town of Tobermory was originally meant to be a fishing town similar to that of Wick. Instead it became a hub for trading and this is when Tobermory was built. They are the only distillery on the Isle of Mull and produce both a peated and unpeated style. The peated expressions are bottled under the name Ledaig, which was the original name of the distillery. Much like very other Distell single malt, Tobermory is non-chill-filtered and bottled at 46.3%.
